Welcome to WildWin Casino. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.wildwin.io and all related services. By creating an account, logging in through wildwin.io casino login, or using our wildwin.io app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Our Licence and Governing Law

We operate under Licence No. ALSI-202601048-FI2, issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. Any dispute arising from your use of our services will be settled by binding arbitration in Anjouan before a single arbitrator, conducted in English under Anjouan procedure or the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Class and representative actions are excluded, and any claim against us must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to it.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

Our services are available internationally to players who are at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not accept registrations or real-money play from residents of, or players accessing our platform from, Afghanistan, Iraq, Australia, Austria, Comoros, France and its territories, Germany, Denmark, Russia, Belarus, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, and all FATF blacklisted jurisdictions including North Korea, Iran and Myanmar, as well as any jurisdiction we deem prohibited under our licence. We reserve the right to verify your location at any time and to close accounts found in breach of this restriction.

VPN and Location Accuracy

We require you to access our platform from your true location. We do not permit the use of VPNs or similar tools to alter regional game availability. If you use a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions, we may limit your account functionality, and any winnings or bonuses obtained through such means may be reviewed and reversed. Using a VPN to circumvent bonus restrictions is treated by us as bonus abuse.

Account Registration and Security

Registration is required to use our services, and only one account is permitted per player, household, IP address, e-mail, phone number and device. We will close duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings and bonuses, and reclaim withdrawn funds as a debt. Your account is personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, assign, pledge or gift it to another party.

If your account shows no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager activity for 12 consecutive months, we classify it as dormant and will notify you at least 30 days beforehand. We then charge a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR, or your remaining balance if lower, for as long as the balance stays positive; we never push a balance into negative territory. Logging in or placing a bet reactivates your account and stops the fee. After more than 18 months of dormancy, we may close the account permanently and refund the balance subject to verification, or hold or confiscate it where we cannot reach you.

Currencies, Deposits and Withdrawals

We allow your account to hold several currencies, with balances and transactions displayed in the currency used for each transaction. At registration you gain access to all currencies available on our site. Where a payment method cannot process a given currency, we display a processing currency with a conversion calculator, using the daily oanda.com rate or the payment processor's prevailing rate; crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto conversions follow the global market average. We do not provide a currency exchange service.

Our minimum deposit is 10 USD, and our minimum withdrawal is 10 EUR or the equivalent, except when closing your account, when your full balance may be withdrawn. We accept deposits via Interac, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether (ERC-20 and TRC-20), USDC, Tron, Ripple, Solana, Binance Coin, Polygon, Toncoin and other cryptocurrencies, all of which must originate from an account, card or payment system registered in your own name. We absorb most deposit transaction fees, while you cover your own bank charges. Withdrawals must go back to the original deposit method; we permit a different method only at our discretion following additional security checks.

Where your balance is at least 10 times your total deposits, we cap withdrawals at 5,000 EUR per month; otherwise the maximum is 10,000 EUR per month. We release large payouts in instalments according to available daily liquidity until your full balance is paid. Every deposit must be wagered at least once before we process a withdrawal, and where multiple deposits are made without gameplay, we require the cumulative amount to be wagered. Withdrawals carry no commission only where the deposit was rolled over 1x; otherwise we apply an 8% fee, minimum 4 EUR. We may delay, reduce or refuse requests inconsistent with your gaming activity.

Identity Verification (KYC)

We require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal, including at minimum a valid government-issued photo ID and recent proof of address. We may also request selfies with ID, liveness checks, video verification, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documents. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet; otherwise we use video verification. We check valid documents within 1 to 3 business days, and you must supply requested documents within 14 days or we may suspend your account. If we cannot reach you by phone or e-mail within 14 calendar days of a withdrawal request and verification remains incomplete, we lock the account and withhold funds. We also trigger verification once your aggregate deposits reach 10,000 USD or the equivalent.

We treat the following as bonus abuse: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using minimal-risk or hedged betting to clear wagering, progressing through bonus stages with bonus funds and finishing with real money, providing false registration data, placing maximum bets with bonus funds on high-variance slots and reducing stakes after a big win, using VPN or proxy services to bypass geographic bonus restrictions, and collusive or coordinated play. Where we detect a breach, we may cancel active and pending bonuses, void winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and close your account. We may request KYC documents at any point, including during or after you have claimed a bonus.

Loyalty Programme and VIP Rewards

Only you, as the registered account holder, may file a complaint with us, and we do not process financial disputes until KYC is complete. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate it to the Anjouan gaming regulator via anjouangaming.com/file-a-complaint, or contact our appointed ADR provider at disputes@egis-adr.com.
